IMD pump is a high-power, high-head fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump, pump appearance and installation dimensions are designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO international standards, all specifications are directly connected to the motor, supported by the intermediate bracket, compact structure, easy to dismantle, the main parts of the steel lined with F46, the pump body of high strength, the use of high-performance magnetic material “neodymium-iron-boron” to do the internal and external magnets, the isolation sleeve is imported with “NdFeB”. High strength of the pump body, the use of high-performance magnetic material “neodymium iron boron” as internal and external magnets, the isolation sleeve is made of imported non-metallic materials, greatly reducing the magnetic eddy current loss, can be transported to a high concentration of density greater than 1.9t/m3 of strong corrosive media. The drive form is magnetic indirect non-soluble drive, and the inner and outer magnets are completely isolated by isolation sleeve, so that the pump cavity is in a completely closed state, thus completely eliminating the phenomenon of dripping and leaking, and will never contaminate the use of the site, which is especially suitable for the transportation of strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidizing, flammable and explosive, toxicity, and volatile mediums.
